A 3 months+ opportunity for a Senior Customer Services Advisor has arisen with the local authorities in Cambridge. These positions are for the customer services team, working in the contact centre dealing with customer queries by phone, email and face to face. They provide an end to end service, answering queries, applying discounts, making arrangements, advising on eligibility and supporting customers to make applications, appeals, DHP requests. Skills and Experience: extensive knowledge of Council Tax and Housing Benefit as well as Council tax reduction schemes be competent in Northgate NES system be competent in information at work (IFAW) Have used contact centre telephony systems (preferably Storm)Hours of work are 9am till 5.15pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
