Main Duties Helping to oversee the Property Management team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and retention of clients and solidify the team. oversee compliance, instructing works, and projects, implementing new processes and strategies, staff training and continual improvement in the department Overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-Motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service. Required Skills and Experience Experience in leadership, management and demonstrable experience in getting the best results through performance management.
