Oxfam are looking for a proactive, passionate, and motivated individual to become their Glasgow Street, private sites and festival fundraising team leader. Who are Oxfam? The role: We are recruiting for a team leader to build and lead a well-trained and motivated team of fundraisers and to engage with people in the high street and private sites in and around Glasgow and festival and events within the UK, to inspire people to join and donate to Oxfam through regular donations on their in-house team. This is only the start however, if fundraising is your passion, you can start our management training and begin your fundraising career. About you: Have either face-to-face fundraising experience or experience in Door-to-Door sales, ideally with some experience managing a small team. Passionate about social justice and love talking and listening to people. Be outgoing, energetic and have a confident demeanour and have good team building/ coaching skills. Hold a passion for activism and Oxfam. Have the ability to build and maintain relationships. Be able to work independently and used to working towards targets.
