Commercial Contracts Officer, 20/30 hours £38,000 Full time equivalent, Based in Holsworthy with excellent benefits, including cycle to work scheme, car lease scheme Study/Training Support, 5% Employer Pension contribution Life Assurance (4x Salary). A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Officer to join a dynamic, leading specialist in Offshore technology with hybrid working options, UK driving license is required due to location. You will be responsible for the negotiation, drafting, and administration of all commercial contracts for the company. Play a key role in the delivery of a range of critical projects across our various business sectors, supporting key customers in all industries which include defence, offshore windfarms and oil and gas. As the Commercial Contracts Officer you will provide leadership on contractual issues always seeking to minimise business risk and maximise business value. • Review contract terms and conditions, prepare, negotiate, and finalise all types of customer agreements as required • Provide support to the sales and bid team to review customer documents and help to prepare appropriate compliant and competitive offers • Working with bid team and finance, review the commercial model in high value bids and identify options for the best commercial advantage for the business As the next Commercial Contracts Officer you will be Degree qualified in contract law or similar, you will be a an excellent Communicator and have meticulous attention to detail.
