    Global Engineering works to define, build and embed best practice for all capital engineering projects. We directly execute projects in several global markets. And in others we provide specialist support and guidance regarding packaging solutions, sustainability, master planning, digital and automation, process and engineering safety and best practice project execution. The Global Engineering Team is also responsible for Capex planning globally and for ongoing Capex cash reporting and forecasting.

    About the Role

    As the Global Engineering Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Project Engineers, Lead Project Engineer's and Technical Manager's as required. You'll be the key person in helping resolve issues in raising Purchase Orders (SAP & Coupa), goods receipt along with PROMPT submissions and monthly reporting.

    Duties Include:

    • Processing of requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders on COUPA
    • Liaising with the market advisor for any purchase order queries or requests not in the administrator access
    • Running SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers and to verify Internal Order transactions
    • Dealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct email
    • Dealing with action or escalation within PROMPT via admin access
    • Weekly Parked and Blocked file processing
    • Monthly processing of Goods Received Not Invoiced
    • Monthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats database
    • Daily monitoring of compliance hub tasks, moving monthly or weekly as required.
    • Maintaining shared files and updating procedures
    • Forwarding Key Facts and Tool Box Talks to Global Engineering Teams

    You will be successful in this role if you;

    • Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems
    • Are able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You'll have the aim to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills
    • Work alongside both internal and external partners to achieve individual and shared outcomes
    • Have proven knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles and contractors management
    • Have validated IT skills as you are going to be responsible for management reporting systems
