    Job Title: Group Training Manager Reports to: People Director/ Operations Director What will I be doing? As the Group Training Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a comprehensive training academy and developing a robust training strategy to meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees receive top-notch training to enhance their skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization. This role could be for you if you have; Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful training strategies. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Experience in setting up a training academy or learning centre is highly desirable. Familiarity with a wide range of training methodologies, techniques, and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Awareness and experience of a range of different training methods that can meet a similar range of learning styles will be key. Hold a full UK driving licence as some travel will be required Education and Qualifications: Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent award such as PTLLS, CTLLS or DTLLS Relevant qualification in Training and Development, or a related field.
