We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who has a great work ethnic and can-do attitude to join our family at Marsha, Kingly Court in Soho, London.
Min. 30 hours per week, working a mixture of shifts including evenings and weekends.
We're on a mission to re-imagine what a chicken restaurant can achieve. So we use as much of the bird as we can, finding creative ways to serve not only thigh and breast, but also skins, liver, gizzard and heart. And we do this using higher-welfare, free-roaming chickens from the Soanes Poultry family farm in Yorkshire, where the birds are fed the highest-quality grain, crafted from years of farming expertise.

With at least two years experience working in a professional and fast-paced kitchen, you'll be passionate about using quality ingredients.
You'll also need to:
Thrive in a busy service and be a team player.
Not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Have solid knife skills and experience at managing a busy section.
Be able to follow food specs to ensure consistency and quality.
